#4 Being international student

Being international student in Canada is not easy and but special as I am. I would like to share my life as an international student.

I am having so many opportunities to learn English as my daily use language and communicate with my friends I wouldn't meet in Korea. In Korea, I've learned English when I was 7 and couldn't speak. I could read and listen well but couldn't speak well. the main point of learning second language is to be able to communicate with people but it was ironic I was learning and didn't know the way English speakers communicate. I was afraid when people asked me can you speak English. However, since I came to Canada and have used English in my daily life I learned how it works. I may not be a good English speaker but at least I'm not afraid to speak it in anywhere. Sometimes I face problems don't know how to say properly but it is great to know and learn step by step.

Because I am international student and as I am living in Canada where well known as multicultural, I could have had lots of good experiences. People are so kind, patients and ready to listen what I am saying and trying to understand me as much as they can. Also I learned how advance country people live and behave. They didn't judge me because I look different from them. I heard so many stories from my friends who travel over the world and some people look down my friends because of the way they look.

In contrast, because I am an international student in here there is no health care. I pay for my insurance which included in my tuition but it does not cover everything. Best way is keep my body in good condition so make less possibilities to go to hospital. I have to pay a lot more than Canadian. I know and understand that Canadian government don't have to concern about and I haven't paid tax in here but sometimes I am so depress when I endure pain because of costs. Also we, international students, pay a lot more tuition than Canadians. It's about 3 times.

One thing I can definitely say that  I've been grown up since I came here and I am sure I will grow up more and more. Being international in here is blessing to me!

#3 Social media

Social media : Don't believe too much!

Recently, SNS (social network service) is spread so quickly over the world. Modern people share their opinion and daily life through it. Even it makes people addicted. Almost everyone has at least one account of SNS and SNS, it is becoming one of way how to express myself.

People don't stop communicate but people more often feel loneliness. why is that happen? Key word is "showing off". For example, when I check our timeline on Facebook I start to think I am the most poor girl in the world. Everyone except me looks happy and enjoy their life. People share their mind or photos of happiness moments and other people who see that kinds of posting think that's their daily life. Does not matter how real daily life goes. Because the postings are all we can see. And it is really funny that we can make little things look bigger and bright when we take a picture. We can act like we are happy and enjoy life in the photographs. One of my friend always said her family that she is really poor and can't enjoy her Canada life because of studying. However she have posted her selfies which taken in fancy restaurant. That was the reason she wanted to show off to her friends and showed she's doing good job in Canada. Her family who read her posting started curious how can she afford that expensive food and don't believe what she said.

I want to say that don't believe SNS too much! You don't have to disappoint your life or depress comparing with other people's life. You're life is special just the way you live!

#2 About my self!

#1 Korean war

Korean War : Tragedy moment in Korea

Have anyone heard of Korean War which started in 1950 and has made Korea into two separate independent countries under ceasefire in 1953? It was a pretty big war and many of country sent military to help South Korea. Canada also sent 25579 soldiers as a part of UN Forces. Seems the war is end but Korea is still under ceasefire. There can be started war tomorrow. That's reasons why South Korea, my mother country, has spent so much money on military.

Turn back to point of the Korean War, I've heard and learned of so many stories about the Korea War as a Korean. I think only the word "Tragedy" can express how and what it was. To me, it was unnecessary and only for them who had power and high position in the country. None of people wanted to fight each other and point of gun at the Korean race. As a result of the War, Korea is one last country that separate in two region so then numerous of people part from their families. There is no way to see each other or contact each other. They even don't know their families' life or death. It already has been more than 60 years so people start think reunification is not needed and satisfy to be separated from North Korea, world's one of most well known poor country.

I want to ask you guys one question. Do you guys think Korea need to reunion as one country or it's way better to stay in two countries?

#6 Why I want a Wife

Why I want a Wife

Wives. There are so many different types of wives in the world. They all have different roles. However, one expectation for all wives is exist that women have to good at everything and take care of everything in home. Some of people might say no with above statement but I am sure they will partially agree about it. Since marriage is exists in life, there have been  particular roles to husbands and wives. I don't want to say it's bad but if one side work too much, something must be change.

So many people trying to find a perfect partner and expect to be the way they imagined before. It is common that people think
